飲み会だったので、コース料理から
失礼します(*^.^*)
コースの内容としては、
サラダ、ローストホース、ホースの造り
しゃぶしゃぶ、〆のラーメンのラインナップ
間違いなく、初めて新鮮な
馬肉を頂きました。
すっきり嫌みのない美味しさで、
レア具合はとてもシンプル！甘醤油が
とても合うなぁ！でも、歯がよわい私(笑)
咀嚼力が必要なのかもと、結構噛み締める(笑)
総じて、
いつもは牛さんや鳥さんを美味しく頂く私ですが、新たな出会いが楽しめました( 〃▽〃)
