随分と時差投稿になりました。滋賀県草津市に足を運んだ時のことです。
どこかでご飯を～で探したのが馬肉専門店の『ザ・ホースマン』さん。久しぶりに食べる馬肉祭りにテンション上がりました(*´▽｀*)
■アクセス
JR草津駅東口側、飲食店が多く集まる一角に位置し、エルティという駅前のショッピングセンターがあり、そこの地下1F飲食店街の中にお店はあります。
■メニュー
熊本県阿蘇から直送される馬肉を滋賀でいただくという不思議な感覚のまま、盛り合わせを階段盛りでいただきます♪
お店独自の馬肉に合う醤油でいただくのですが、九州特有の甘いお醤油が懐かしく、じっくり部位ごとに堪能しました(´・ω・)
醤油、しょうが、ネギ、玉ねぎと大葉を好きにトッピングし、あれこれ組み合わせを変えて食べるのが楽しかったです。
店員さんからも進めてもらったのが、鹿児島県産の「むじょか鯖」を使った一口握りが美味しそうで追加注文(*´▽｀*)
もうあっという間になくなっちゃう美味しさ（大きさ）でした。
■ドリンク
ビール、ハイボールはサントリー系。プレモルと角ハイでした。
九州料理を提供している割には（？）焼酎メニューはそれほど多くなく、カクテルやサワーなどは定番の居酒屋さん並みにそろっていたと思います。
■雰囲気
店内はコロナ対策もばっちりでした。横のテーブルは近いものの、満席にならないよう適度にお客さんを通す席を離して案内しており、カウンター席にもアクリルパネルが設置されていました。
地下街の飲食店ゆえに、路面店よりも意識して足を運ぶ人が多いお店かなという感じがしましたが、お料理が美味しいお店なので、ぜひ頑張ってほしいなと応援しています(・ω・)ノ
