JR草津駅から徒歩5分ほどの鳥居酒屋。
新店かと思いましたが、openされたのは1年ほど前になるようです。
カウンターが8席ほど、あとはテーブル席。
焼鳥はもちろん、炭火焼き、造り、その他アラカルトなど
鶏料理が豊富に揃っています。
頂いたもの
○お通し（生ハム）（350円）
○鶏刺身盛り合わせ（1480円）
○もも炭火焼き （1180円）
○焼鳥各種
お造りは、はつ、もも、ささみ、ずりの4種。
新鮮で臭みなし、ボリュームもあって良かった。
もも炭火焼きは、何故か骨付き。
骨の部分もシャブるようですが、中々難しい。。
もも肉は程よく皮身を残しています。
反発力が強く歯応え十分です。
顎は疲れますが、もも焼き好きです。
焼鳥は、つくね、肝、せせり、京鴨、皮、ねぎま。
つくねは卵黄の有無が選べますが、有りで。
どれもネタが大きくて、串打ちも丁寧でした。
今回頂いた中なら「せせり」が好みでした☆
「京鴨」1本450円は、ちと高いかも。
気軽にお伺いできる鳥料理居酒屋。
お鍋や陶板焼きもオススメで、グループ利用すると楽しみが広がりそう。
