This restaurant is located near the Nojicho intersection on National Route 1. We visited at 11:30 am on a weekend. There were two groups of customers inside the restaurant, who appeared to be families with children. We were shown to a table in the center of the restaurant and sat down. As this is a vegetable bar, the lunch plate using various vegetables seems to be the recommended dish, but we were attracted by Meat Dishes that came with salad. [This time's choice] Angus Steak lunch Cheese Hamburg with plenty of vegetables. About 10 minutes after ordering, salad and soup were served first, followed by the main dish and rice. The rice is a blend of ancient rice, so it is slightly reddish, similar to red rice. You can see their attention to detail in even these details. Thank you for the meal.
