食べログからメールが来てて、こちらの住所を分かった上で、近所のお店に行ってレビュー書きませんか？と。東京だと行かないかもしれないが、滋賀なので行ってみる事にした。場所が意外と分かりづらい。一号線沿い、野路南の交差点からちょっと北側不動産屋の横の建屋で、脇の階段から上がっていく。人気が無いので一瞬怯みつつ入店。席はカウンターだけの、まだ新しい匂いがするお店だった。オーナーシェフの優しそうな顔見てちょっと安心。
飲み物はハートランドの生ビールとカベルネのグラスワインを飲んで、食後にグレンリベットをロックで２杯ほど頂いた。少し話しも弾んだので。まだお店が知れ渡って無いのか、お客さんは私一人と途中からお酒を飲みに来た初訪の方が来た。馴染みになるにはいいタイミングだったかもしれない。
料理は3500円のコースを頂いた。
最初は、「グリーンピースのムース」グリーンピースの青臭さがなくてマイルド、チーズチップとコンソメのジュレ？がいいアクセントになっている。次に出てきたのが「魚介のハーブサラダ」ビーツと小松菜のソースとが緑と赤で綺麗なコントラスト。カラスミのパウダーを絡めながら食べる。カラスミ大好きなんだよね(笑)。パンはフランスパンだがもっちりタイプで美味しい。最後が「エビソースの鰆グリル」これも鰆と海老ソースのバランスが良い。
うん、満足。滋賀の事だったり色々教えて貰い、楽しい時間だった。ありがとう。ごちそうさまでした。
