元々スナックだったお店を一念発起して韓国惣菜と手作り餃子のお店を始められた「じゅんちゃん」
隠れ家的要素満載ですが、いざ入ってしまえば、とってもアットホームで料理もお酒も楽しめるステキ空間。
水曜日の夜に訪問。
草津駅から徒歩数分、アーバンホテルの手前の細い通路を左に進むとお店を発見。
入り口は完全にスナックのそれ。嫁さんが一瞬躊躇するも、店内へ。
明るくて清潔感のある店内。
カウンター席×5、4人掛けテーブル席×2と同２人掛け×1
「予約して下さった方ですよね！こちらにどうぞ」とお出迎え。
2時間飲み放題付きモツ鍋コース【4,400円】
私の大好きな餃子とモツの両方が楽しめるステキなコース。
しかも飲み放題が付いてるなんて、選択するしかないでしょう！
しかも食べログの会員ならば4,900円が4,400円。
・お通し
お豆腐とキムチの和え物&ササミのサラダ
このキムチの和え物、韓国海苔が添えられていて、非常に美味。
サラダも爽やかな酸味があって美味しい。
このお店のレベルの高さを感じます。
・牛すじ煮込み
牛すじ、大根などが甘辛く煮込まれた家庭的な味わい。
白ネギとカラシでいただくと更に美味しい。
・餃子
狐色に焼き上げられた8個の餃子。
野菜がたっぷりの餡が薄い皮に包まれてて、とっても美味い。
そしてビールとの相性抜群。
女将さんとお話しさせていただきましたら、有名無名所の餃子を食べ歩き、研究されたそうで、その一つに私のお気に入りの餃子の美味しいお店も入っていました。
・チャンジャ(500円)
コースとは別にオーダーしましたチャンジャ。
旨味と辛さ、食感のバランスが心地良い。
これを韓国海苔に包んでいただくのですが、海苔で巻いて今まで食べた事が無くて驚きました。
これは楽しくて美味しい。
・モツ鍋
味噌味か塩味から選ぶ事ができるそうで、塩味をいただきました。
ネギや白菜、もやし等のたっぷりお野菜と、モツやホルモン、ハチノスがたっぷり入ってます。
お出汁の効いた美味しいお鍋の〆には中華麺を提供。(麺の他に雑炊もあります。)
お腹いっぱいにも関わらず、麺も完食。
飲み放題には食べログに記載されてるビールやチューハイ等の他に、マッコリが新たに加わってます。
やっぱり韓国料理にはマッコリが合いますね。
家庭的な美味しい料理に、女将さんとの楽しいお話しもあって、あっと言う間に２時間が過ぎてしまいました。
帰り道、嫁さんが「また行こう」って珍しく話してました。
