Recently, the word on the street is that EAK is the same everywhere! The number of Ramen shops based in the capital is increasing and they're having an anniversary celebration! I saw it on social media so I'll go and check it out right away ( •̀ω•́ )و This is the road with two lanes on each side! Entering from the Kusatsu direction ☆ Next to it is a udon shop, a Hamburg shop, and a cake shop that is collaborating with us today. At Ohatsutenjin, Iza~ I tried it! 〇 Start with the soy sauce Ramen soup! Delicious! Although it's creamy, it has a good pork bone flavor and chicken oil that isn't too heavy ꉂ(ˊᗜˋ*) The saltiness is just right! The default noodles are firm and about 10cm long, medium-thick flat noodles. I wonder if they're made by Sakai? It has a chewy texture! It holds the soup well, which is great!
