本店は草津郊外のJA直売所「あおばな館」にあります。
草津産の果実や野菜をたっぷり使ったサンドイッチが楽しめるお店です。
頂いたもの（2人で）
◉ハニーマスタードチキン（650円）
パンの生地は、パン・ド・ミ
照焼の鶏モモ肉とハニーマスタードソース
グリーンリーフの断面がとても美しいです。
セミドライクランベリーと
スライスアーモンドも隠し味で入っているようです。
◉スモークサーモン（600円）
パンの生地は、ピッツァビアンカ パニーノ
具材は、スモークサーモン、グリーンリーフ
オリーブ、クリームチーズ、バジルソース、マヨ
ふんわりとした生地に、たっぷりのスモークサーモン。
マスタードチキンより横長なので食べやすかった笑
テイクアウトして公園で食べることも出来ます♪
良いお天気の日にはピクニックもおすすめ。
