「全国GENICカフェ47」滋賀県グランプリ店、数々の著書やメディアに取り上げる芸術的なサンドイッチや草津のブランド果実を使ったフルーツサンドで人気
【NICOLAO(ニコラオ)】
の2号店として昨年6月にオープン。
シャキシャキのレタスが半分まるごと入ったサンドイッチで話題ですね。
本店は少し行きづらかったですが2号店は草津駅から5分圏内と、より訪れやすくなりましたよ(>ω<)
オーダーした【ハニーマスタードチキン】(650円)は、
地元の野菜をふんだんに使い、パンは同じく滋賀県近江八幡市の名店「壱製パン所」のパンを使うなど、地域の良品をギュギュっと詰め込んだ見た目もオシャレな逸品。
レタスのシャキシャキ感も◎
ヘルシーなのにボリュームも申し分なし、軽食というよりはご馳走ですね。
カフェと一緒にホッとひと息つけました。
