草津にnew openした ”こがね製麺”
うどん県”香川”では、一番多く展開されるチェーン店のようです。
レビューを見ますと、なかなかの酷評。。
讃岐うどんが好きなので、一度伺ってみることにしました。
場所
元々あたか飯店のあった場所
宿場そばのお向かいの医療ビル1階になります。
AI認識という最新の券売機で食券を購入。
この日は天ぷら一品サービスの日、ラッキー♪
口コミで書かれてましたが、特にサービスに問題なかったように思います。

✔ホワイトうどん カルボナーラ風（税込825円）
天かす、わかめなどは別テーブルに用意。
自分の好きなだけ入れることが出来ます。
うどんのコシはそこまで強くありません。
本場の讃岐うどんと比べると、物足りません。。
ホワイトうどんカルボナーラ風
クリームシチューのような味わい、上に乗ったチーズはバーナーで炙られています。
別提供の生卵は、専用器具で黄身だけ使います。
天かすをたっぷり入れて、サクサク食感を楽しみながら完食。
