This time, I'll be talking about a restaurant that you can get off at Kibukawa Station, which is a minor station in Shiga Prefecture. It's a short walk from the station. It's called "Chakoro". It's a very small restaurant. However, the inside of the restaurant was full of customers. Maybe it's a hidden restaurant for locals? I had the fugu course. And isn't 5,000 yen for a fugu course really cheap? The course started with "tessa" and "teppi". Then came the fugu hotpot. I'm glad I made a reservation. I was told that I wouldn't be able to eat it if I just showed up on the day. And the last dish was rice porridge. The fugu broth was delicious. I could see why it's so popular with locals.
