おうみ木苺のソルベと、マンゴーのアイスで構成されています。
おうみ木苺は、国内で東近江のあたりでしか栽培されていない貴重な木苺とのことです!
食べてみると、口の中に酸味が広がります。
ベリー系の強すぎない酸味が心地いいですね。
ソルベということで、きんきんに冷たいのが夏に嬉しいですね。
トッピングされているクッキーやマカロンもレベル高いです。ほどよいあまさですし、サクサクな食感を楽しめました。
マンゴーのアイスは濃厚な甘みが広がります。
一般的に、マンゴーのスイーツを食べると甘さがくどいこともありますが、こちらは全くそんなことないです。
後味スッキリでしつこくないですね。
