Selected as one of the top 100 chocolatiers in the world ◎ Old-fashioned French Western confectionery using European ingredients and manufacturing methods
A famous French Western confectionery shop that attracts many fans from outside the prefecture. The southern European-style exterior with eye-catching orange roof tiles and lush green terrace are impr |
I parked my car rocking in the uneven parking lot (that's how it was designed) and went looking for something that might make a good souvenir. Aiaschke (cheese cake), Olive (matcha cake), My Lady (berry cake), and many other baked sweets. The shop is said to be famous for its Aiaschecke. It is said to be a rich German baked cheesecake, but it has a scent that seems to be to everyone's taste. Recommended for those who like cheeses with a little taste, such as blue cheese. My Lady is an adult berry with a taste of Western liquor, while Olive is the texture of the second layer from the bottom. I'll leave the quality of the cake to Other, but what caught my eye the most was the ice pack they put in the take-home box. On the surface of the ice pack labeled "Cool Ice Eco," there was a description that it was an environmental ice pack, and that the contents were mildly acidic and sterilizing water that was gentle on the skin. I saw it for the first time. Looking at the back, it appears that it can be reused as a disinfectant and deodorizer at home, with examples such as disinfecting hands, disinfecting food, disinfecting cutting boards and cloths, and disinfecting sinks. What's more, the bag is magic cut. This guy is amazing. It's not a gel type like regular ice packs, but a liquid type, so the cold retention time may be short, but it's so cutting-edge that you can wash your hands and sterilize your hands with an ice pack that has finished its job. Small ice packs are simply thrown away when you get home, so I think it's a great initiative to improve them so they can be used for secondary purposes. It was delicious. Thank you for the meal.
