滋賀県野洲市にある中国料理 WEST 百名店にも選出されている「オーパスワン」さんを訪問させていただきました
本格的な中国料理のお店だと思いますが、食べログの投稿を見ている感じでは担々麺が名物らしかったので、夕食の時間帯ではありましたが、担々麺を注文させていただきました
担々麺というとかなり濃厚なスープのイメージがありましたが、こちらのお店の担々麺はそこまで濃厚な感じはなく、最後の一滴まで美味しくいただきました
