本日オーパスワンに初チャレンジ。
JR野洲駅から車で5分ほどで到着。
担々麺が有名らしく店内でも担々麺の注文が多め。
その次に多かったのが、あんかけ焼きそばのために今回はあんかけ焼きそば定食をチョイス。
定食にはあんかけ焼きそば、サラダ、ご飯、中華スープ、小鉢バンバンジー、小鉢ザーサイのボリューム。コスパも良く、1000円（税込）
あんかけ焼きそばは麺をしっかり焼いておりGood
あんは気持ち緩めで麺と絡み辛いところがBadでした。魚介類、野菜がふんだん使われており味は良かったです。卓上にあるカラシを加えると更にGoodでした。
