今回は滋賀県栗東市にある焼鳥屋さんの味千両さんをご紹介致します。
名神高速の栗東インターの近くにある地元で人気の焼鳥屋さんにお昼のランチでお邪魔しました。
こちらのお店は比良山系の清らかな水と太陽の恵みを浴び大切に育てられた淡海地鶏を使ってあり品質の良い鶏肉を味わうことが出来るそうです。
ランチメニューは以下の４種類から選ぶ事が出来ます！
すき焼き定食(950円)、地鶏すき焼き定食(1180円)、淡海地鶏の親子丼(900円)京風と江戸風のいずれか。
私は地鶏すき焼き定食(1180円)の注文をしました。
地鶏すき焼きには地鶏、人参、椎茸、糸蒟蒻、九条葱、エノキ、玉葱、麩、豆腐と具だくさんです！
ご飯とスープ、漬け物も付いています。
まず割り下がいいお味ですね～
野菜の旨味たっぷりで地鶏の脂が溶けていいお味に仕上がっています。
地鶏もひね鳥に近い歯応えがありました。
お腹いっぱいで眠たくなりそうですわ。
コスパも満足度も高いランチに出会えました。
今回は会計で1180円の支払いをし店をあとにしました。
今度は夜に焼鳥を味わってみたいですね。
