栗東の国道1号線沿いにある地鶏料理屋さん「地鶏料理 味千両」さんを訪問。ランチタイムを楽しみます。このお店の鶏肉は美味いと聞いてましたが、なかなかオープンしている時に行けず、ようやく訪問となりました。
店内はシックな民藝風。カウンター席に案内されます。ランチメニューは、「親子丼」が中心。関西風、関東風の2種類あり、これ以外に限定5食とある「炭焼き親子丼」がありました。この限定メニューにします。ごはんの大盛りも無料で受けてくれます。
大きな丼で出て来た「炭焼き親子丼」。真ん中に黄色い卵の黄身が美しい。やや甘めに味付けですが、炭焼きの香ばしさが、料理を引き立てます。
個人的には、卵とじをしていない「炭焼き地鶏丼」を食べたいと思いました。
