ちょっとした会食の際に、地元の人々が愛用しているお店。
美味しい料理と空間を楽しむための日本料理店、というコンセプトは面白い。
この日は、ランチで訪問。「沙羅のよくばり膳」1,600円税込をチョイス。
お造り、揚げ物、炊き合わせから、メインの近江牛きんし丼、そして、デザートやコーヒーまで、完全なるフルコースランチ。あまりにも贅沢だ。
お造りから、料理はちゃんとしていて、とても美味しい。メインディッシュの近江牛きんし丼は、とにかく圧巻のビジュアルで、甘めに味付けされた近江牛のバラ肉と厚く巻かれたきんし玉子のコラボがすごい。
店内は個室が多く、プライバシーを大切に会食を楽しむには良い構造。ちょっと贅沢をしたいときは、このお店もオススメだ。
