のうとん 850円+全部ちょっとのせ150円+半白玉100円
さあ、関西編スタートです。
今日は草津市にある真咲雄へ。
平日18:51でしたが、店頭待ちはなく入ろうとしたら満席。
19:03入店。
メニューは、基本豚骨で、とんこつ、のうとん、のうしろ、みそがベースのラーメンで、その他にも唐揚げも人気のようでした。
19:10 着丼
豚骨スープに、チャーシュー、ネギ、めんま、ハーフ味玉
まずはスープからいただくと、ほうほう、濃ゆい豚骨にまろやかなタレが効いて、少し粘度もある感じです。
美味しい！
麺は片目で頼みましたが、ちょうど良い塩梅です。低加水の細麺はやはり豚骨に合います。
しっかりスープも連れてくるので濃厚さも味わえます。
九州では豚骨にメンマはあまりみませんが、多めに入っており、甘めの味でした。チャーシューも2枚入っており、
煮豚のロース系でした。
美味しくて麺を一気食い。ハーフの替え玉をオーダーし投入。このぐらいの量でちょうどいいかもと思いました。
なかなかの実力店舗でした。
