昭和三十八年の創業以来、野菜たっぷりでヘルシーと老若男女を問わずに愛され続ける「近江ちゃんぽん」が当店の自慢です。こだわりの自家製麺と、かつおと昆布などから丁寧にとった出汁が美味しさの秘訣です。 |

［所感］
・長崎ちゃんぽんは鶏ガラやトンコツを使いスープを取るが、近江ちゃんぽんは削り節と昆布がベース。海鮮の具材を使用しないのが基本。
・昭和38年に滋賀県彦根市で創業した「麺類をかべ」のちゃんぽんを継承。かつお節や昆布の和風だし、ほどよい弾力の平打ちストレート中華麺、野菜と豚肉が盛りだくさん。
・まずはそのまま、途中でお酢をたっぷり加えるのが定番の食べ方。コショウ、自家製ラー油をお好みで。
