Dishes with a delicate and gentle flavor fragrant from the soup stock ~ Seasonings that bring out the deliciousness with the cheerful and friendly service of the restaurant ♪
This is my first visit to Gokan Kobo Anzu in about 8 years, which is conveniently located one minute walk from Ritto Station. At the entrance is a vermilion sign with the store's name written in white. As a countermeasure against the new type of influenza, the entrance has been opened to ensure thorough ventilation. Visited on a Saturday at 7:30pm. The restaurant seems to be run by the owner and his wife, who greeted us cheerfully and took a seat at the sunken kotatsu table. Take a long time in the back. There are 4 to 5 semi-private kotatsu tables and around 10 counter seats. It's wider than I expected. The appetizer is a Japanese dish of chives and bean sprouts. The scent of sesame stimulates your appetite. Cheers with Kirin Ichiban Shibori (480 yen)! Sea bream sashimi (980 yen) It was listed at the beginning of the ``Tonight's Anzu Recommendations'' menu, so this is probably the first thing you should try. When served with tamari soy sauce, the unique plump texture of sea bream is wonderful. The right amount of sweetness in the soy sauce enhances the deliciousness of the sashimi. Farmer's Fresh Caesar Salad (750 yen) Thick shredded cabbage, boiled eggs, tomatoes, and cucumbers made me say, "What! There's so much?!" I also appreciate the thoughtfulness of the staff, saying, ``If there wasn't enough dressing, please let me know.'' When eaten with crunchy fresh cabbage in the center, the salmon roe-like grains have a small texture. This texture is very enjoyable. I was going to ask you to tell me what this is, but I forgot to ask (lol) Agedashi Tofu (580 yen) Anzu's menu includes single dishes, Fried food, salads, grilled foods, and rice, as well as ``dashi''. It is characterized by a corner. The soup stock is made from bonito and kelp and has a very nice aroma. When you eat it with tofu, its aroma and flavor will spread in your mouth. I would like to eat this with white rice. Deep-fried Wagyu Beef Hormone (850 yen) A dish that caught my attention from the deep-fried menu. My hormone-loving tentacles are locked on. Squeeze the lemon and rip it off. The sweet, fatty offal melts in your mouth, making it a perfect match with beer. Apricot Dashi Maki (830 yen) Limited to 3 Dashi Maki per day. I was wondering why it was limited edition, but the mystery was solved the moment I received it. A huge dashi roll that I have never seen before. It comes with grated daikon radish and soy sauce, but to be honest, it's best to have it without any. The fluffy dashimaki is so soft that it crumbles when you pick it up with chopsticks. This dashimaki has a wonderful synergistic effect between the flavor of the egg and the soup stock. It was delicious with Japanese sake. While I was waiting for the dashimaki, my wife and I were talking about having udon or Ramen as a finishing touch, but we were full after eating this giant dashimaki. A regular customer who came in later ordered the curry Ramen first, and I'm sure it was delicious. Next time I will also eat Ramen. I was talking with my wife while drinking, and Anzu-san's food is delicious, but the tableware is amazing. The staff at the store are also attentive and attentive. If you make a reservation at least 2 days in advance, you can also have a giblet Motsu-nabe (Offal hotpot) with the aroma of dashi Motsu-nabe (Offal hotpot), which you can take out in a takeaway pack. You can also enjoy delicious hot pot at home, which is also attractive.

There was a menu item that I was really interested in the last time I visited. Meanwhile, the coronavirus is spreading, and I feel like it's a bit presumptuous to go to Izakaya (Japanese-style bar). Among them, I visited Anzu at 8pm on a Monday, which seemed to have the least number of customers. 1 minute walk from Ritto Station. Today again, the owner and his wife cheerfully welcome us and we sit down at the sunken kotatsu seats. Takosu-zukuri with salt and sesame oil (890 yen) Fresh octopus sliced thinly and drizzled with sesame oil. The crunchy texture is delightful and delicious. Farmer's fresh Caesar salad (750 yen) Fried tofu (580 yen) It was delicious last time, so I went back. After all, Anzu's fried tofu is delicious with the soup stock, and I would like to use this soup stock for rice porridge. Salads are also very filling. I also like that it doesn't contain croutons, which I don't like. Curry Ramen (880 yen) Actually, this curry Ramen is the dish that caught my attention. This curry Ramen has a delicious roux with a strong flavor from the dashi stock. This is so delicious that it's no wonder that regular customers ordered it the last time I visited. And then there's the stone-grilled ankake omelet Omelette Rice that I saw on the menu again. This looks delicious too, so I'm curious. I'll have to ask you again about this.
