仕事の関係で、野洲市に引越してきて直ぐに見つけたお店でした。
当時はこちらのお店もOPENして１カ月程の頃で通う度に大将や常連さんに仲良くして頂き凄く居心地の良いお店になりました。
元々が酒好きで自分の好みや大将のおススメ等、他じゃなかなか出合えないレアなお酒まで普通に？出てくるので「何モン」なんやろ？と思ったりしたこともありました。また、一時期皿洗いや雑用等で厨房に入って手伝う機会があったのですがその際、創作意欲が豊富なのかただ暇だったのか（笑）色んな料理の試作も食べさせて頂きました。もともとのメニューも素晴らしかったのですが、自分たちの好みをイメージで伝えると次に来店した時はしっかりと覚えていてくれてイメージ以上の料理が出てくることもよくありました。
メニューにないもので、お客さんの我儘に応えてくれるのも大将の魅力だと思います。
今は滋賀を離れましたが、偶然“酒喜”さんの食べログを見かけたので懐かしくなりレビューを書いてみました。
“野洲”という街も大好きでしたし、店名の通り楽しくお酒を飲める喜びを感じられるお店が好きでした。
また、野洲に行く機会があれば“酒喜”さんにも行ってみたいです。
大将は今も一人で切り盛りしているのでしょうか？身体に気をつけて頑張って下さい。
