せっかく行ったお店が臨時休業。
夜もやっているお店を探すのは意外と苦労します。
実は、”〇〇家””タイプのお店は苦手な方なのですが、背に腹は変えられずにこちらに訪れました。
脂を少なめに注文したので、見ての通り脂ぎった感じはありません。
チャーシュー・ほうれん草・白ネギ・海苔３枚が乗っています。
味の濃さは普通ですが、塩味はきついというほどではなく、ちょうど良い塩梅です。
まろやかで、コクがあって、優しい感じ。
とにかく”旨い”の一言につきました。
これまで食べた家系の中では、ダントツの一杯です。
