平日昼に2回訪問。
1回目は客は疎らだったが、2回目は待ちが出る程混んでおり駐車場も満車だった。
鶏白湯味玉入り900円
鶏の旨味が凝縮されており濃厚、しかし重たさは無くバランスが取れている。
坦々麺 900円(限定10食)
ベースの鶏白湯スープに山椒の香り、辣油の辛味が合わさっている。
濃厚な鶏白湯と辛味や痺れの調和が取れている。
