麺や結（むすび）」の鶏そばは、濃厚なコクあるとろ～りスープが、ご飯にもよく合うと聞いてやってきた。なのに限定品に弱いワシは「坦々鶏そば＠900円」に興味が向いてしまい、山椒好きも手伝って引き寄せられた？ 花椒（ほわじゃお）がきいていて、実山椒もスープの合間から、ひと掬い３粒ほど出てくるのには、山椒好きには堪えられないシチュエーションだ。
味玉は売り切れだったので、チャーシュー２枚＠200円を追加オーダーし、スープを大事に中太直麺をすすりにかかった。トッピングは、山椒を絡めた挽肉が強烈なスパイシーさを醸し出し、玉ネギ・６センチくらいの長さに切ったニラは炒めてあった。追加したチャーシューは三枚肉を丸めて煮込んだものを中厚くらいにスライスされていた。
坦々鶏そばは、山椒二種がよく効いていて、ピリ辛程度のスパイシーさは、辛くもなく程よい感じであった。基準となっている鶏そばの濃厚なスープに、ピリ辛と山椒を加えた感じだろう。全体的な完成度は纏まりが良いもので、近頃食べた担々麺の中ではトップクラスだろう。思わず追加した替え玉細直麺＠130円は、大盛りと違って別麺の感覚を味わえるので是非。普通にもう一度行きたくなるお店だった。
