野洲にあるビストロ。
駅からは5分強歩くが徒歩圏内。
こじんまりした店構えで中はカウンター6席とテーブルで10人程度の規模。
今回はランチで利用した。
ランチは
Aサラダ、パスタ、パン、飲み物の1300円ほどのコース。
B5種盛り、パスタ、パン、デザート、飲み物の1600円ほどのコース。
Cメインが入った2500円ほどのコースの3種類だった。
今回はAとBを頼んでみた。
サラダ
新鮮な野菜。
シャキシャキして美味しい。
5種盛り
どれも丁寧に作られている。
いろいろ食べ比べられるのが良い。
パスタはここの売りらしいボロネーゼと、クリームパスタを選択。
クリームパスタ
スープ自体は少し薄め。
塩コショウで味付け。
ボロネーゼ
ソースが濃厚で挽肉の旨みとトマトの酸味と甘みがとても美味しい。
これは売りなのが分かる味。
デザートはクリームブリュレ
まずまずの価格だが料理はどれも美味しい。
お客はほぼ女子だったが人気なのがわかる店だった。
