ＪＲ栗東駅から徒歩１０分くらい。駐車場ありだから車が便利か。食べログを検索していると豚骨ラーメンの新店舗が出来たということで、早速訪問。外観は仮店舗のようだが、店内はそこそこ広い。注文したのは、黒ラーメン６５０円税込、プラス唐揚３ことライスのセット２５０円税込。紅ショウガ、高菜、ゴマ、にんにく等が各テーブルに備え付けられている。黒ラーメンは焦がしにんにく油が入っているので、普通の白ラーメンより香ばしい味。全体的に臭みは抑えられていて、マイルドな仕上がり。唐揚げは醤油とショウガの下味がつけられたもの。普通に美味しい豚骨ラーメンといった印象。全体的に量少なめ。
