部長グルメモ

以前はよく博多にラーメンを食べに行った。
その中でも称される豚骨ラーメン店のチャンポンを食べ漁ったものだ。
さて、本日は栗東の「博多麺道楽」さんへ伺うことに。
今日はチャンポンの気分なので♪
昼時に伺うと店横にある駐車スペース（3台ほど）は満車なので斜め向かいにある第二駐車場へ。
砂利の駐車場は5台ほどのスペース。
店に伺うと満席です。
名前を書いて少し待ちカウンターに通してもらいます。
ほうほう。
ラーメンも捨てがたいが、今日の部長はチャンポンマンなのである。
オーダーして程なく運ばれてきたチャンポン。
これこれ、トロミが少々ある豚骨スープは醤油がさされているのだろうか茶白色に近い色合い。
キャベツ、キクラゲ、蒲鉾、丸天、もやしが熱々のスープに上にドーンと乗ってます。
麺は中細で通常のちゃんぽん麺より少し細めで啜りやすい。
終盤は紅生姜と胡麻を入れて味変で楽しむことに。
全体にバランスの取れた味わいで美味しいですねぇ。
気に入りました♪
これならラーメンも期待できるのではないかと思います。
また日を改めて伺ってみようと思います。
