熟成フィレステーキも美味しいですが、やはり近江牛フィレステーキの方が雑味もなく美味しいです。
ただ、熟成の方で十分美味しいのでコスパは高いと思います。
牛肉の寿司やお刺身は美味しいです。
ハンバーグも大きく肉汁が溢れて美味しかったです。
