土曜日の17:00に訪問。
オープンの17:00より少し前に着いた。
ビルを入ったお店の前にいくつかベンチがあったので，そこで少し待ってからの訪問となった。
店内利用は他に2人組がいたくらいで，テイクアウトでの利用が多かった。
「近江牛ステーキ御膳（ロース）」と「ジンジャーエール」を注文した。
注文してから「ジンジャーエール」はすぐに，「近江牛ステーキ御膳（ロース）」は7分程度で運ばれてきた。
「近江牛ステーキ御膳（ロース）」は，てっきり焼いたステーキが運ばれてくるものだと思っていた。
網ではなく鉄板ではあるが，ほぼ焼肉だったので，ステーキと焼肉の違いって何だろうと考えた。
ただ，メニュー表に焼き加減の選択の記載があったのは，「近江牛ステーキコース」だけだった。
また，注文時にも焼き加減を聞かれたなかった。
私が勝手に勘違いしただけだったのだが，自分の焼き方のせいで，肉がおいしくなくなるのを懸念していた。
鉄板に牛脂を敷いた後で，まずは肉を2切れほど，焼き過ぎだけには注意をしながら焼いてみた。
自分で焼いた肉を食べてみると，肉質がよく，すごくおいしかった。
肉質がよいので，焼き名人でなくても，おいしくいただけるのだろう。
また，ステーキ肉の量についても，焼く前はかなり少ないように見えた。
ただ，焼いてみると，もちろんまだまだ食べられはしたが，ある程度の満足感があった。
テイクアウト利用者が「近江牛コロッケ」をよく注文しているのが聞こえたので，追加で注文してみた。
衣がサクッとしており，コロッケとしてはおいしかったが，近江牛かどうかは分からなかった。
やはり，近江牛を食べるのであれば，ステーキがよいのではないだろうか。
奮発して「近江牛ステーキコース」にしてもよかったが，「近江牛ステーキ御膳」でも十分に満足できた。
