ＪＲ守山駅から徒歩１５分くらいだから、車が便利。駐車場２箇所あり。前日予約だとなかなか空いていない大人気の当店。３回目にしてやっと予約できた。外観は、大通りに面していて、赤い屋根が目印。内観は、テーブル５、カウンター席４のこじんまり。お願いしておいたのは、事前予約が必要なＡセット２１６０円税込。牛パテを塗った小さなトースト、生ハムと新鮮生野菜のサラダ前菜、トウモロコシのピュアホワイトの冷製ポタージュスープ、コース注文の方のみおかわりできるパン、どんぐり豚の厚切りローストポーク、スフレオフロマージュ、アイスコーヒーがつく。サラダは生の茄子が旨かった。あまり生で食べることのない茄子がこれほど甘くて旨いとは！続くポタージュもトウモロコシの味が濃厚。心に沁みるよう。ローストポークはカリカリベーコンの香ばしさとステーキの食感を同時に楽しめる。ケーキもしっかりとした味わいのもの。接客も丁寧。なかなか良かった。あと２００円か３００円安かったから、月一くらいお世話になっていたかもしれない。
