The forecast said it would be warm for February, but as expected, there were still some harsh conditions outdoors at this time of year. However, if you could visit during the best season, the view of Lake Biwa in the foreground and the Ibuki Mountains beyond would be spectacular, and I thought you would have a different meal time than usual.
