滋賀県へ行った際に、近江牛を使ったもつ鍋屋さんの情報を見つけたので、行ってみました。
GWに突入していたので混んでいるかなと思ったのですが、すんなり入ることができました。
お目当の近江牛もつ鍋を注文。
出来上がった状態で持ってきてくれるので、すぐに食べられました。
もやしやごぼう、ニラなどの野菜と小ぶりなもつが入っています。
やや濃いめの醤油ベースのダシで、もつも柔らかかったですが、全体的にやや物足りない感じがしました。
