もつ鍋と言えば、九州・博多が有名で、もちろんおいしい。
しかし、ここのもつ鍋は私が食べてきたなかでも、ダントツにおいしかった。もつが新鮮で、煮込んでも柔らかい。さらに、脂が驚くほどきれい。中華麺で締めたが、抜群に美味かった。
サイドメニューも充実していて、サービスもいい。店内には、栗東市出身のマンガ家森田まさのり氏のサイン色紙がある。
