トレッキングを終えて守山駅で、喉を癒やしつつの兼用晩ご飯で『鳥貴族 セルバ守山店』を初訪問。
最近、ひょんな事から鳥貴族に嵌まる。駅の周辺に目を配ると結構ある。このチェーン店はどこのお店も店員さんの接客はしっかりされているように感じる。
私自身、お店の接客は、味と同様、もしくはそれ以上に重要なのではないかと思っている。それがしっかりされているところは信頼してしまう。
さて、よくよく歩いたと言うことで飲み物は『メガ金麦』(後におかわりをする)を発注。アテは『ハートたれ』『松葉塩焼き』『牛串焼き』『ピーマン肉詰め』『キャベツ(中)』をいただいた。
焼きが少し強めにも感じたが、店員さんの接客の良さがそれを打ち消して好印象となしている。
