守山市は中山道沿い、ここは江戸時代「京発ち守山泊まり」と言われ、宿場町として賑わった場所です。
昔ながらの建物が並ぶ街並みの中、町屋うの家の敷地内に当時米倉だった建物を改装されたカフェがあります。
9月に入ったのにまだまだ残暑が続く中、涼を求めてカフェ・デ・ボクさんにお伺いさせていただきました。
白壁に木目に美しい梁の店内。
壁にはドライフラワーが飾られ、非常に落ち着いた雰囲気。
もものパフェ(1,480円)
手書きのメニュー。スイーツの一番目に記載されてるパフェをオーダー。
メニューにも今日のももは硬めですと記載され、お店の方もオーダー時に確認して下さりました。
黄色が鮮やかなももの身がたっぷり盛られたパフェ。
もも自体はそれ程硬さは感じる事はなく、爽やかな甘味とひんやりした口当たりが心地良く、すーっと汗が引いていきます。
蒲生産いちじくパフェ(1,200円)
嫁がオーダーしたそれはいちじくの切り身が美しく添えられ、芸術的でさえ感じられます。
少しシェアしていただくと、やはり旬の果物だけあって深い味わい。
いちじくって何年ぶりに口にしたかな？なんて思いながら味わいました。
どちらもクリームやアイスの程良い甘味が食べやすく、落ち着いた店内でのんびりさせていただきました。
