``Sumibiyaki Irotori Tori Moriyama Main Store'' is located on the 1st floor of a building along an alley, about a 5-minute walk from the west exit of Moriyama Station on the JR Biwako Line. I visited for the first time on a mid-December night. The restaurant has a total of 26 seats, including table seats and one-row counter seats. I was guided to a seat near the center of the counter. The shop was run by two men who gave a good impression of their energetic customer service. First, I took a look at the menu with a ``Perfect Suntory Beer Barrel'' (600 yen) in hand. On this day, we ordered ``Yagen cartilage skewers'' (170 yen), ``Tori skin skewers'' (140 yen), ``Negima skewers'' (160 yen), ``Pork belly skewers'' (220 yen), and ``Fried quail skewers'' (130 yen). Did. One skewer/plate is provided. All of them are grilled to your liking and go well with the drinks.(>_<) Yummy.I was intrigued by the name of the alcoholic beverage on the menu, ``Homemade Lemon Tower Sour'' (650 yen), so I ordered it. Then, I wondered what the tower was, and it turned out to be a sour made by stacking sliced lemons and freezing them to form a tower. When you finish drinking, it seems like the style is to order an additional ``oi sour'' (320 yen) and split it like you would at Hoppy. After this, I ordered my standard snack, ``Fried chicken cartilage'' (500 yen). The crunchy texture was fun and went well with alcohol. On this day, I finished drinking "Oi Sour" and paid the bill.
