地元にハワイアンなカフェがあるなんて…。
滋賀県栗東市「ALOHA CAFE Pineapple 草津栗東店」
初来店です。
2023年3月にオープン。
ホントにハワイが本店で日本に進出中。
滋賀県ではここが初だそうで。
自動扉が開いた途端、
ココナツミルクの様な甘い香りが立ち込めます。
屋内は天井が高く席の間隔も広く開放的。
BGMは穏やかなハワイアン。
何やら既に快適です。
まだランチタイムギリギリ。
アロパランチなるものを注文。
メインとスイーツとドリンクを組み合わせます。
メインにロコモコチキン、
可愛いハンバーグにいい塩加減のチキンにライス。
ペロンと乗っかった目玉焼きがキュートです。
黄色い丸いのはフレンチトーストです。
実は人生初のロコモコ。
本場ハワイでは、ロコモコと言えば
皿に乗ったその全てを混ぜ合わせるそうですね。
ハンバーグも潰しちゃって、
サラダごと混ぜちゃうそうです。
そうか、混ぜて卵の黄身で味をつなぐイメージなのね。
だから卵黄はプルプルのままなのか…
なんて考えながら(笑)。
でもさ、可愛く盛り付けて下さってるので
フォークとナイフでそぉっと食べるとします。
ワンプレートにご飯もおかずもあるイメージ。
めっちゃオシャレなびっくりドンキーとして。
ブレンドのコーヒーが何処とも違う美味しさ。
程よい酸味の、余韻短めのキリッとした渋味。
駐車場は広いし、
屋内に共用スペースがあって小さなお子様が遊べる。
女性に優しいカフェの様です。
