うなぎの皮 こんがりとした焼き加減なんだけど皮がパリッとクリスピー！これは良い食感だぞっ！

うなぎの身はふっくらとした感じ。 ただご飯が薄くて少ないのが玉に瑕？

肝のお吸い物 腸管っぽい管はクニュっとした食感が面白い！ 肝は生臭い感じがあった。肝は焼いて入れてほしいな

今回のレシート 全て僕の支払いとなった(笑) オヤジは助手席で随分とグウスカ寝てても笑って許してくれるし、金ちゃんはタダで泊めてくれるので仕方ないかな？

Due to the rise in the price of eel and transportation costs, we would like to inform our customers that we will be changing the price of our eel menu starting from April this month. At our restaurant, we have continued our efforts to provide our customers with high-quality eel at a reasonable price, but due to the reasons mentioned above, it has become temporarily difficult to maintain our prices. We would like to ask all of you who use our store on a daily basis for your understanding. We will continue to strive to improve our services so that Sumiyagura continues to be loved by everyone, so we appreciate your continued patronage. 滋賀県近江八幡市音羽町にある人気のうなぎ屋さん。
お昼は15:00（L.O. 14:30）まで営業されてる。
広々としたお店、足の掘られたテーブル席でゆったりと
美味しいうなぎを味わうことが出来る。

朝一で姫路城へ行き、写真撮影。
中に入るのかな、と思いきや
「城はなぁ、外から見るのがええんや！
中見たってオモロないぞ！」
と三重県のオヤジが宣ってる。
ケチなのか、
歩きたくないだけなのかはよく分からない？(笑)
おみやげを購入して帰路へ。
オヤジは三重県の『はしや』さんでうなぎを食べたかったみたいだけど、ランチの時間までには帰れない。
なんで以前、オヤジが食べに来た事のある
このお店に行く事となった。

木曜日14:00頃、駐車場に到着。
■駐車場
お店前に割と広い駐車場がある。
お店に入店する。
時間が遅いので割と空いている。
店員さんが足の掘られたお座敷席に案内してくれた。
メニューを拝見する。
オヤジと僕は
●上うな重（うなぎ3/4匹）3,240円
金ちゃんはお腹が空いてないとの事で
●うな丼 2,450円
全員
●お吸い物を肝吸いに変更 150円
を注文する。
うな重は注文から14分後に提供された。
この時に
「タレが薄かったらこれを掛けて下さい」
とタレの容器を置かれていった。

うなぎの焼きはあまり焦げも無く、そんなに焼いてる様には見えないけれど、皮は薄めでカリッとクリスピーな食感！
身はふっくらだけど少し痩せてる感じ。
これはうなぎマニアのオヤジも言ってた。
ご飯は薄め（少ない）だねえ！
お腹があまり空いてなかったのでこれでも足りたけれど
普段なら絶対に量が足りない。
男性の方は大盛りを注文した方が良いだろう。
タレは僕的には甘みと醤油感のバランスは良かったけれど、少しタレが多め（醤油辛く）に感じた。

管の様な物は腸管なのかな？
クニュっとした食感は面白い！
肝は焼かれずに入ってた。
少し生臭い感じだった。
肝は焼いて入れてほしいな、とは感じた。

食べ終わった後、、、オヤジが
「支払い、どうする？
ワシは車と燃料出して運転してるからなあ」
と言っている。
金ちゃんは前の店で奢ってくれてるし
まあ僕に出せと言う事だろう(笑)
「俺が出しとくわ！やけど高速カード、俺のやからなあ」
と言い、ジャブを軽く打って？笑 支払いをする。
■支払い方法は現金の他、
クレジットカードでも決済できる。
入店時の服装は私服。
対応は女性店員さん。
にこやかで親切丁寧な対応。
オヤジによるといつも接客対応は良いとの話。
気分の良い食事の時間を過ごさせて頂き、
