またまた来店しちゃいました
今回は「うなぎづくし御膳」と「鰻巻き」を注文。
平日の夜はスムーズに入れるのもGood
10分ほどで料理も提供されました。
「おすすめ鮮魚」なる新メニューも追加されており琵琶湖特産のビワマスの造りと今が旬の初鰹が登場してました。飲兵衛の私にはうなぎ以外のメニューが増えるのは有難い限り✨️
先ずは鰻巻き、ここの鰻巻きは本来提供する蒲焼き用のうなぎがそのまま肉厚で入っている所が魅力的(最近のお店は鰻巻き用のペラペラ鰻や切れ端が入ってる)
続いてうなぎづくしに付いてくる肝焼き、ここの肝焼き、じっくり炭火で焼いているのが一目瞭然！香ばしくお酒の相性抜群。肝が苦手な方でも大丈夫だと思われる…
メインのうなぎづくしは蒲焼、うざく、まぶし飯とこれでもかと名前の如くうなぎを一度に楽しめる贅沢なメニュー。
やはり外側がカリカリで中はふっくらそこに後引くタレが最高に私好みです。
近くに店があったら散財しそう…
とにかくまた来れて大満足
