Due to the rise in the price of eel and transportation costs, we would like to inform our customers that we will be changing the price of our eel menu starting from April this month. At our restaurant, we have continued our efforts to provide our customers with high-quality eel at a reasonable price, but due to the reasons mentioned above, it has become temporarily difficult to maintain our prices. We would like to ask all of you who use our store on a daily basis for your understanding. We will continue to strive to improve our services so that Sumiyagura continues to be loved by everyone, so we appreciate your continued patronage. The store was always crowded no matter what time I went, so I thought I could get in if I went before it opened, so I arrived 5 minutes before it opened and was able to get in. There were two main choices: Unajyu and Hitsumabushi, and I chose Unajyu without hesitation because it was easy to compare the tastes. The amount is three quarters of eel and pine. After ordering, the eel arrived after a short wait. When you remove the lid, the grilled eel shines with the sauce...! ! When you take a bite from the tail side, the skin is crispy, and the light flavor of the meat is well-coated with the light-flavored sauce, making you very satisfied. However, when I ate the thick part of the eel near the head (perhaps because it was cut), it was completely different from the first piece, and the skin was soft and fluffy, just like the eel at the supermarket. It tastes like this. There were three pieces of eel with fluffy skin, and in the end it was good! I thought. Before ordering, I suggested to the passenger, ``Since it's a reputable restaurant, why don't you make a whole Matsu?'', but strangely enough, he was right about making a three-quarters of a bamboo. There was a strangely soft part of the rice underneath, and I was thinking about enjoying the meal. ? ? Several marks will be lined up. I want to think carefully about what to do next. However, the soup stock had a strong soup stock and was perfect for changing the taste of the eel in my mouth. When I checked out, I left the store feeling annoyed because of the attitude that made me think, "What do you think about my eel?"
