息子の卒業式のあと、こちらでランチを
つゆしゃぶというのを、知らず訪問
こちらは事前予約が必要なようで 向かう途中で電話をし席をとりました
ランチは豚 、牛 、豚牛のセットから選べます
豚肉はつゆしゃぶ 牛肉はゴマだれとポン酢 で頂くようです
セットにするとこれらに刺身 小鉢 寿司が付くようですが刺身と 寿司のネタがあまり変わらず何か損したような気がしました
つゆしゃぶのつゆはとても美味しかったですが食事が運ばれる手順がめちゃくちゃで 肝心のつゆしゃぶが運ばれず、肉と野菜だけが運ばれてしばし放置、
こちらから声をかけてやっとつゆが運ばれるという なんとも言えない接客にサービス料が付くとの事
しかも食事後半は 隣の座敷でガタガタと大きな音を立てて模様替えの様な作業をされてました
