湖東エリアは県を跨ぐけれど案外近いので最近はよく行きます。
この辺りの中華では野州のオーパスワンさんが好きですが新規開拓と是的菜館さんへ。
是的と書いてシーダーって読むんですね。
ホテル併設のお店だからキャパも十分、平日の開店時間に行けば楽勝と思いきや、予約でほぼ満席らしく1時間のリミット付きでお席に通してもらいました。
お会計の際も問い合わせ電話に本日満席でと断っておられたので事前予約が吉かと思います。
こちらの平日ランチは是的ランチコースとメインが選べる平日限定ランチがあります。
その平日限定ランチは選ぶメインによりお値段3段階で選択肢がとても多い、さすがはホテル併設店、料理人さんも多いのでしょうね。

中でもスープと副食はおかわり自由、おかわりは到底無理としてもこんなに食べられるのかと案じてしまいますがオーダーの際に「食べ切れなければお持ち帰り下さいね」とご親切なお言葉、これで安心です。

エビマヨって甘いですよね。
それでこれまで敬遠していてまともなお店で頂くのはほぼ初めてです。
一口頂いて、う〜ん、こういうお味なのか、やっぱり得意じゃないな。
市中の激安中華ではなくこういうお店でもダメだから2人ともやっぱり苦手みたいです。
良い経験しました。

すでにスープの時点でこのお店のレベルが分かりましたがエビチリも期待通りの美味しさです。
辛すぎず、でもしっかりとコクがあります。
＊五目と海鮮たっぷり野菜の八宝菜
名の通り確かに野菜たっぷりで誰もが好きな優しい味の八宝菜です。
＊沖縄流香豚ヒレ肉の酢豚(黒酢)
マータイが上に見えていますがその下はほぼお肉、半端ない量です。
黒酢のコクと風味でとても美味しいです。
＊自家製叉焼炒飯
いろんなものが味わいたくて380円追加の炒飯をお願いしました。
叉焼汁そばも選べたのですが食べ切れない場合麺だと持ち帰れないので、というせこい理由もあります(〃ω〃)
王道のパラパラ炒飯でした。
＊桃のお酢のソーダ
＊シークワーサー(だったかな？)のお酢のソーダ
＊本日のデザート
チョコアイス/ごま団子/マンゴープリン
もうお腹いっぱいでしたが最後まで手抜きのないデザートで頑張って頂きました。
案の定、私達ではすべて完食は無理で酢豚と炒飯の大半が残りましたが最初のお言葉通り快くパックを下さって持ち帰りできました。
食べ残しがただの残飯廃棄となることに私は抵抗があるのでお店がこういうお考えなのは嬉しいです。
自己責任でドギーバッグを持って臨みたいところです。
全体的に価格なりの美味しさは十分でコスパの高いランチでした。
選べるメニューがたくさんで、更にメインは味付けもリクエストできて多彩な楽しみ方ができます。
これからも何度か訪問したいお店となりました。
