久しぶりに近江八幡に用事があって行ったので、ちゃんぽんを…と、これまた久しぶりに昔の記憶を頼りに訪れました
今ではTVに取り上げられてだいぶ有名になったけど、前に来た時は全然そんなことなく、私たちも何故滋賀でちゃんぽん⁇という感じでしたが、その時の美味しさは記憶に残っていてまた訪れたいと思ってました
券売機でオーダーや、お客さんも切れ目なく来て前よりも活気が増してました
でもコロナ対策はされてました
ちゃんぽんと言うだけあり、太麺でしっかりと歯ごたえ！ギッシリとどんぶりの中に麺が入ってます
野菜もたっぷり！
だから普通のラーメンよりも食べ応えありで、汁よりも具材と麺の占有率が高いです
8分目でお腹満腹、休憩しながら完食しました
私は今回ゆずちゃんぽんを頂きましたが、トッピングに柚子のピールとスープにもゆず感がしっかりと感じられて、爽やかです
野菜もシャキシャキで美味しいです
滋賀以外でこちらの味を食べられる所にお目にかかったことがないので、阪神間にもお店があるといいなぁ
