火曜日の12:00に近江八幡の『近江かね安』へ。
横に精肉店が併設されたお店。
かなり年季が入った外観です。
「焼肉丼(1,400円)」をオーダー。
5分後到着。
一口。美味い。
近江牛の雌牛を使用した焼肉は、弾力と脂が良い具合にあり美味です。
甘辛いタレが牛肉の味を引き立てていて、白飯が恐ろしく進みます。
牛肉もたっぷり乗っていて、上には白胡麻と海苔だけ。
このシンプルさも肉の旨みを強調してくれます。
付け合わせの竹輪と蒟蒻のおでんみたいなもの。
そして小皿にキムチ。
食べログのメニュー欄では「焼肉丼 900円」「大盛焼肉丼 1,000円」「極上焼肉丼 2,500円」とありましたが、これは2015年の価格。
今は「焼肉丼 1,400円」「大盛焼肉丼 1,700円」「極上焼肉丼 4,000円」とそれなりの価格に上がってます。
それでもやはり近江牛は美味い。
