３連休の中日。
なんとなく彦根城へ。
天守閣は国宝だし、石垣はそびえ立つしスゴイ。
ランチタイムは近江牛は外せないので、
いざ、近江八幡へ移動。
駅から徒歩数分のお肉屋さんが営む食堂へ。
店内はカウンターと座敷2卓。
「極上焼肉丼 4000円」をオーダー。
最初に温かい玉子豆腐が配膳。
こういう食べ方は初めてですが美味しい。
御主人お肉屋さんから肉を持ってきて見せてくれて、これを今から焼きますよと宣言。
そして、子牛登記と近江牛認定書を渡され、こんなの初めての経験ですね。
すぐに焼き上がり、お肉を一口。
あっという間に溶けてなくなります。
薄味のタレと、ご飯の上にのった、岩塩とカリッと焼いた細かいニンニクがお肉に付いて、とても美味しい。これは、もう、感動しかない美味しさ。
ちょっと高めのランチだったが、これほどの美味しさなら、後悔はない。イヤ、むしろ大丈夫。
今日も美味しくいただきました。
