近江八幡のすき焼き店「近江かね安」さんにて極上焼肉丼¥4,000也。
血統書付きの近江牛の雌肉ひでみちゃんのトロットロの霜降り肉の焼肉というかステーキというかな丼。
付け合わせは漬物と玉子豆腐と珍しい。
精肉店が営む、今時珍しい本物の一頭買いの枝肉で鮮度は抜群。
今度は夜にすき焼き食べに来たいなぁ。
