ランチで『楊貴妃昼餐』のコースをいただきました。中華ですから…回転テーブルの真ん中にドカーン！と盛られたお料理を…みんなで取り分けて頂く…みたいなものを想像していたのですが…こちらはひとり分ずつ盛られ出てきました。全体的に薄味なので、素材の味もよくわかります。『紋甲烏賊と春野菜の台湾風炒め』というお料理には白い帽子の様な飾りが…これは生春巻きを揚げたものだそうw(ﾟoﾟ)w生春巻きを揚げたらこんな編み編みパリパリになるなんて初めて知りましたw(ﾟoﾟ)w白い丸いお皿に盛られた『滋賀県産野菜の塩卵餡かけ』というお料理は…餡かけ自体は無塩なので…横に盛られた白身と黄身の塩卵を入れて好みの味に調整して頂きます。いきなり全部入れてしまった私は…しょっぱい感じになってしまい失敗でした(^_^;)中華料理と言えば…油っこくて・濃い味付け！ってイメージだったのですが…桂林さんの中華料理はそんなイメージとは全然違い…フランス料理の様な中華料理でした(*^^*)
