ラーメン屋ながら小綺麗で、入りやすいお店。天井も高く、お洒落なカフェ風の趣のある店内。
カウンターには、まるで一蘭風の間仕切りがあり、カップル用には間仕切りを取り外すこともできるみたいだ。
オーナーの奥様なのか、優しく丁寧なご対応に凄くホッコリしたことが思い出される。
九州豚骨ラーメン風の内容ながら、それほどの濃厚さ、強烈な豚骨臭はない。ライト豚骨ラーメンという感じか。にがりの様な後口を感じるのはどうしてか？麺はちぢれの中太のモッチリした感じ。
無化調の天然素材の味わいを活かしたという感じで、飽きの来ない味わいとも言えるもの。強烈な豚骨の味わいでないがゆえに、チゲ味噌等あれば、味変も楽しめて面白いなぁと思うのだが、これはこれでいいのだろう。
味わいに集中していて、周りが見えない状況であったが、一段落つき、ふと我に返ると、老若男女問わず満席の大盛況となっている。
そうか、そういうことなのかと一人納得するのであった。
