滋賀県の「近江八幡駅」南口から徒歩10分そこそこ。哀れに潰れたYAMADA電気から直ぐの民家に立地。所謂「隠れ家的店舗」である。個人的には多々利用していて、ちょっとしたお祝い事から宴会まで幅広く利用できる落ち着いた雰囲気が魅力の「煌（きらめき）」。早い物でオープン10周年を迎え「特別コース」が現在提供されている。
安いコースなんて…。と思われる方は沢山居られるだろうが、安くて旨いの一石二鳥店舗と記載すれば興味を持たれるだろう。今回は10周年記念コースの「養老豚のしゃぶしゃぶ」を90分の飲み放題付き5000円コースをいただく。
養老豚とは岐阜県で飼育される養老山麓豚の事であり、平成11年12月に商標原簿に登録されたまだまだ「新しい」ブランド豚であるが、質・肉を重視し、ビジュアルや食感においても満足できる国産豚肉。ブランド豚を飲み放題付きでこの価格はお得だと思う。

「しゃぶしゃぶ」は出汁でゆでるお鍋タイプになっており、イメージしていた「しゃぶしゃぶ」とは違ったが、こちらのタイプもかなり旨いのである。若手成人男性なら少々お腹に余裕があると思う（私も若手では無いが余裕あり）そこでオススメなのが「のどぐろ」or「きんき」の煮付けである。単品価格は2000円を超えるが8人なり10人で突っついて「割り勘」となるとかなりお得にいただける。飲み放題に「生ビール」の選択肢が無いのが残念だが、十分に満足できる店舗である。
